What the portal covers

Sanctioned posts
The State Administrator sets sanctioned posts for every institute, group and department, cycle by cycle.

Data entry
Institutes record filled posts and monthly salaries against their sanctioned posts; vacancies are calculated automatically.

Review and approval
Submitted entries are reviewed by the State Administrator, approved or returned with a reason for correction.

Post conversion
Institutes request moving sanctioned posts between departments; every request is decided and recorded.

Data-entry cycles
Each reporting year runs as a cycle with clear start and closing dates, so figures stay comparable.

Use the username and password given to you by the DMER State Administrator.

Record filled posts and salaries for each group and department of your institute, and save drafts as you go.

Submit and track
Submit for approval and follow the status. Corrections requested by the State Administrator show the reason.
